As the congress is approaching, the details of the program are getting defined and new program has been added.

【Congress-program】The deadline for submission of the proposals is March, 31, 2008.

The headquarters office is still calling for proposals!
The 6 types of presentations will be Poster presentations, Oral Presentations, Case Study Presentations and Discussions, Symposia, Workshops, and Special Case Seminars.
We are truly grateful for the presentation of daily clinical activity and research activity success.
The deadline for submission of the proposals is March, 31, 2008.
We have still a more month until the deadline. We are expecting many proposals from you all.

【Pre-congress Program】Have you registered for workshops?

The selection of Pre-Congress Workshop is on a first come, first served basis.
Since the application is to be closed, on reaching to fixed number, please apply as early as possible.

Accommodation application has started.

Congress accommodation application has started since last December. You can access “Accommodation” page on the congress web-page, which offer more information on accommodation arranged by JTB Global Marketing & Travel Inc. If you need to make a reservation, please use this service.
During the congress, hotels in Matsue are anticipated to be very crowded. We recommend you making early arrangement.
