Pre-congress Workshop List
How to Apply for Pre-Congress Workshops
Each Workshop has a code number as the following table, according to the form of Workshop (two days, one day, half day) and the date for the Workshop (2008 October 7th and 8th).

Please select the workshop you want to participate on the page where the contents of Pre-Congress Workshops are presented. Then, according to the application form, please book to your third choice, combining the schedule of two days on October 7 and 8 and the form of Workshop. Please be careful not to overlap the schedule of workshops, such as applying for two day workshop and one day workshop at the same time, or for two workshops of one day workshop on October 7.

When you apply for one two-days program A-1 as your first choice, combine two one-day programs (10/7: B1-1, 10/8: B2-1) as your second choice, and combine one half-day program and one one-day program (10/7:afternoon C-1, 10/8: B2-1) as your third choice, please fill in workshop number on the applicable place and check in .

Notes for application
- The selection of Pre-Congress Workshop is on a first come, first served basis.
- The application is to be closed, on reaching to fixed number.
- The selection notification is to be sent by E-Mail within one month, after the application closing date of July 31st, 2008.
- If any of your choices are not accommodated, or you apply after July 31st, 2008, you should apply at the reception on the first day of the Pre-Congress. The sign-up will be done and the selection is to be made on a first come, first served basis.
- Please be aware we cannot reply to your inquiry for the vacancy. The workshops which have reached maximum enrollment will be shown on the workshop list on the Pre-Congress page. Please check the list and apply workshops that are still open.
- Please note that, as a general rule, we will not accept any changes in workshops of your choice after the sing-up.
- Be careful not to apply for B1-6 and B2-8, B1-3 and B2-7 at once, as these workshops are offered to different participants with same content.
