Registration Fees
The registration fee for the congress depends upon the level of participation as shown below:

- The 5-day registration fee includes the fee for the reception party to be held on Day 2.
- For those who do not participate all 5 days, the reception party fee will be charged separately (JPY8,000).
- Lunches are not included in any registration fee. A lunch ticket on each day can be bought separately for JPY1,000.
- Students are required to submit their copy of Student ID by Fax (+81-3-3292-1811) to the Registration Office within a week from the day of registration. Please indicate the Congress name and your Registration No. when you send your ID. (Your Registration No. can be notified in a confirmation e-mail sent automatically after online registration.)
- After the application deadline of August 31, 2008, we will accept registration at the reception desk on the day of congress, and receive payment of registration fee.
- Student and member fees are applied on the basis of qualification at the time of registration.
Registration fees include:
- Pre-congress (10/7-8): Attendance at the Pre-congress programs / Program & Abstracts / Refreshments
- Congress (10/9-11): Attendance at the Congress programs / Program & Abstracts / Refreshments
- Pre-congress + Congress (10/7-11) & Reception: Attendance at both Pre- + Congress programs and Reception / Program & Abstracts / Refreshments
Method of Payment
The registration fee will be deducted from your credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express or JCB).

Cancellation and Refund Policies
Cancellation shall be possible only if the Registration Office receives written notification (via e-mail, fax, or letter) to the effect as follows, in which case the registration fees will be refunded after the Congress.

After you complete on-line registration, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address automatically.
Please print out and present the confirmation to the registration desk on site to receive the congress materials.
